Quality testing is continuous throughout every Ross process.
That's how we maintain one of the lowest customer return rates in the
industry.
Casting alloys are produced to a variety of commercial standards, and
federal and military specifications including MIL-A-21180. Integrity
and critical tolerances for pouring temperatures for pouring, gating,
risering and chilling are ensured through stringent radiographic and
fluorescent penetrant controls.
Continuous process inspections include statistical process controls
with direct downloading for statistical analysis. On-staff certified
technicians perform in-process inspections using a full range of
state-of-the-art inspection equipment, direct data SPC and the latest
quality control procedures.
