product needs and specifications. Green Sand, Dry Sand, Plaster Ceram, and
Permanent Mold are among a few of the casting processes Ross Aluminum offers.
 Green Sand:
- which accommodates unlimited casting size, has low tooling cost and
excellent dimensional repeatability.
- Permanent Mold:
- which can produce castings with high density and close tolerances.
- Dry Sand:
- which is suited for complex castings; it is an ideal method for complex
shapes with sand free cored passage ways used in aerospace hydraulic
applications. Capable of meeting critical strength, pressure-tightness
and mechanical properties.
